Mr Gilkes holds a Certificate and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Guyana. He has acquired fire safety certification from OSHA, fire marshal training from the Guyana Fire Service and is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Occupational Health and Safety. He is committed and open to learning more about health and safety and is diligent towards executing his duties.
